My son and daughter in law referred me seven years ago.. I have had excellent service always available. The best rates also. Love the news letter. Actually I just referred someone there and she has an appt next week to discuss insurance. She was very impressed how kind the gal was who answered the phone!!!

I've been with Reis for over 20yrs and have had no problems. When time got close to when a premium was due and I haven't paid yet, they called me as a friendly reminder to pay. That had saved me a lot of trouble.

Reis found insurance for me when I first purchased a motorcycle and couldn't find coverage anywhere else. That was 16 years ago, and they've taken great care of me since through multiple vehicles, and a home. Working with Warren and his team is easy and enjoyable to work with. Anytime I need insurance, I call Reis Agency.

Lloyd and I have been with Reis Insurance Agency since the 70's and have always received excellent service. They have always been prepared to give you guidance if you have an accident and always looking for lower rates with quality service for us. We would recommend Reis Agency to everyone.

We have used Reis Agency for over 30 years. Even though we have moved away from River Falls, we continue to have our insurance with Reis. The service is excellent with a very quick response and rates are competitive to meet our needs. Even our Arizona home is insured with them.

I have been with Reis Insurance for over 15 years. When we moved to River Falls there were some insurance companies that wouldn't cover us because we lived in the country too far from a Fire Dept. Since then they now send us junk mail trying to get us to check out their rates. Reis Insurance Agency have always met our insurance needs and done it by giving us GREAT SERVICE! You get what you pay for and I feel Reis is always looking out for me, even by shopping around and getting me the best rate possible. I would recommend everyone to have an agent like the Team at Reis Insurance instead of some automated company that is not there when you really need them!
