I've been with Reis for over 20yrs and have had no problems. When time got close to when a premium was due and I haven't paid yet, they called me as a friendly reminder to pay. That had saved me a lot of trouble.

Reis found insurance for me when I first purchased a motorcycle and couldn't find coverage anywhere else. Very helpful and personalized service. The advent of the internet and direct customer service by national insurance brands have put many traditional insurance agencies out of business. We have used Reis Agency for over 30 years. Even though we have moved away from River Falls, we continue to have our insurance with Reis. The service is excellent with a very quick response and rates are competitive to meet our needs. Even our Arizona home is insured with them.

I have been with Reis Insurance for over 15 years. When we moved to River Falls there were some insurance companies that wouldn't cover us because we lived in the country too far from a Fire Dept.
