Came to Reis Insurance Agency for a quote, after using another insurer for auto and home for more than 40 years. Reis Agency was able to provide an Auto/Home policy, with the same coverage, that saved me more than $1,000.00 annually. Very pleased with their services!

Very helpful and personalized service. The advent of the internet and direct customer service by national insurance brands have put many traditional insurance agencies out of business. RIES is the welcome exception. Their agents offer a comprehensive range of insurance options and find value for their customers. Wonderful to work with!

My son and daughter in law referred me seven years ago.. I have had excellent service always available. The best rates also. Love the news letter. Actually I just referred someone there and she has an appt next week to discuss insurance. She was very impressed how kind the gal was who answered the phone!!!

My family has had insurance with Reis Agency for many, many years. We've had nothing but great experience with what we've signed up with them. Great rates, good coverage and many different options were what we were looking for when we started looking 18 years ago. I can't say enough good things good this company. We have used Reis Agency for over 30 years. Even though we have moved away from River Falls, we continue to have our insurance with Reis. The service is excellent with a very quick response and rates are competitive to meet our needs. Even our Arizona home is insured with them.

Reis found insurance for me when I first purchased a motorcycle and couldn't find coverage anywhere else. That was 16 years ago, and they've taken great care of me since through multiple vehicles, and a home. Working with Warren and his team is easy and enjoyable to work with. I have been with Reis Insurance for over 15 years. When we moved to River Falls there were some insurance companies that wouldn't cover us because we lived in the country too far from a Fire Dept. Since then they now send us junk mail trying to get us to check out their rates. Reis Insurance Agency have always met our insurance needs and done it by giving us GREAT SERVICE! You get what you pay for and I feel Reis is always looking out for me, even by shopping around and getting me the best rate possible. I would recommend everyone to have an agent like the Team at Reis Insurance instead of some automated company that is not there when you really need them!

I've been with Reis for over 20yrs and have had no problems. When time got close to when a premium was due and I haven't paid yet, they called me as a friendly reminder to pay. That had saved me a lot of trouble.
